These Terms & Conditions apply to the betjet platform (betjet.click) and all associated services. betjet is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming licence.

By accessing betjet.click, creating an account, or using any of our products or services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Betjet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account on betjet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details will be suspended and deposited funds may not be refunded.

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended.

You will need to provide the following information at the time of registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Payment Method Details

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

To participate on betjet, you must be at least 18 years of age Users must be of legal age. Account registration and use of the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18.

The following individuals are not eligible to use betjet:

• Betjet employees, contractors, or their immediate family members
• Those who have previously self-excluded from betjet
• Accounts that have been closed due to fraudulent activity

Payment methods currently accepted at betjet:

The account you use to make a deposit must be in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted. Any breach of this rule will result in the funds being frozen.

Betjet reserves the right to decline any payment that appears suspicious. We follow government guidelines to prevent money laundering.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw from betjet:

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

Betjet's average withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes. Bank transfers, however, may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

Betjet regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the bonus page.

General bonus terms:

• The wagering requirement for each bonus (typically 20x–30x) must be fulfilled before withdrawal.
• Each bet placed while a bonus is active must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• A promotion cannot be used more than once.
• Betjet may not allow multiple bonuses to be used simultaneously.
• Misuse of bonuses may result in account termination.

Betjet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to existing bonuses.

All betting activity on betjet follows international Sports Betting regulations. Bet outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sport.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed, betjet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If one or more selections in an accumulator bet are voided, the bet will continue with the remaining selections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjet platform:

• Creating Multiple Accounts – Holding multiple accounts on behalf of one person or a household.
• Bonus Abuse – Claiming bonuses multiple times under different identities.
• Collusion – Multiple individuals colluding to artificially influence the outcome of a match or game.
• Arbitrage Betting – Exploiting system vulnerabilities to generate risk-free profit.
• Hacking or Software Exploitation – Using any bot or automation software to manipulate the platform.
• Money Laundering – Using the betting platform as a means of payment processing.
• Third-Party Payments – Depositing from another person's account or withdrawing on someone else's behalf.

Violation of this prohibition may result in betjet taking any or all of the following actions: account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Betjet is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

Your information will be used solely for the following purposes:

• To complete account verification and the KYC process
• To process payments
• To send you relevant promotional offers (which you can opt out of at any time)
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Betjet believes betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. That's why we provide a range of tools to help ensure a safe gaming environment for every user.

You can enable the following features at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum bet amount for a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break of anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account.

Betjet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Creating an account with false information
• Where evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Users may close their account at any time by emailing our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

Betjet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. For significant updates, registered users will be notified by email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
